THE 30 DAY HOLD
This puts a slab in your name so you can make a final decision. It’s one of the most generous hold policies in Colorado. During that time, we ask that:
– You see and approve your slab
– The slab is paid in full.
– Your fabricator picks up the slab or has it delivered.
Here are two things to consider If install is several months away:
Ask our staff if the material you want to hold comes in frequently. Is it a one-of-a-kind look that you should lock in now? Or should you see what’s available closer to install?
Ask your fabricator about storing the slab. What are the fees and logistics?
